Double-sided 1/2″ impact socket, 20.5-21.5 mm. Used for servicing damaged 21 mm FORD wheel bolts. For example: FORD B-Max, C-Max, Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo, Transit. Application: 20.5 mm for wheel bolts without a chrome cover or 21.5 mm for wheel bolts with a deformed chrome cover. FORD wheel bolts with a size of 21 mm can deform and expand due to weather conditions. It is no longer possible to use a conventional 21 mm socket. Additionally, the protective chrome cover/collar of these wheel bolts is often lost or damaged. Our solution: intermediate sizes with hex profiles of 20.5 mm and 21.5 mm. Due to the non-standard sizes of the bolts, it is designed and dedicated for FORD vehicles. REQUIRED LONG 1/2″ EXTENSION OR ADAPTER W-WT3150. Double-sided socket: One socket handles two bolt sizes! FORD wheel bolts have a distinctive collar that can deform or be lost due to weather conditions or wear. In such cases, it is not possible to use a conventional socket with typical sizes (19, 21 mm) because a bolt without a collar has a size 0.5 mm smaller. In some situations, the deformed collar can also expand by approximately 0.5 mm. Our proposal and solution for the above cases are intermediate sizes with hex profiles: 18.5 mm and 19.5 mm, as well as 20.5 mm and 21.5 mm.
