Specol’s PAG 46 synthetic oil with UV is used to lubricate and protect the air conditioning system. The additional dose of UV dye allows it to be spread over the system and, in the event of a leak, causes it to be quickly detected by colouring the leak site. The substances contained in the product have very high lubricating properties and protect the air conditioning system from seizure. The use of PAG oil extends the service life of the air conditioning system, protects it and prevents unnecessary repair costs. PAG oil also easily mixes with the refrigerant (so-called air conditioning gas). It has hygroscopic properties, which means that it binds water around itself.
