RUBBER CUT 414 cutting machine is designed for regrooving and renewing the tread pattern after tyre repair. It allows you to make a cut with a maximum depth of 16 mm and a maximum width of 28 mm. RUBBER CUT 414 is designed for continuous and intensive operation, and enables fast and precise cutting. It is equipped with a flexible 240 cm long power cable, which enables free operation of the machine during tread reconstruction. The cutting machine has four special pockets for storing the blades, ensuring that they are always accessible to the operator. The ergonomic, light handle and low weight of the device guarantee fatigue-free handling. The transformer has four levels of temperature regulation; an additional MIN / MAX option allows to select from a total of 8 temperature regulation levels and enables quick and accurate regrooving. Modern technology guarantees a high level of safety and long service life. The machine complies with the GS safety standards, an automatic switch off according to DIN 30600 protects against overheating. The cutting machine features a hole that allows it to be attached to a wall for the convenience of the operator. The machine is suitable for use with REMA TIP-TOP type R round blades in sizes 1 to 5 and REMA TIP-TOP type W trapezoid blades in sizes 1 to 6.
